El Rey Taqueria - Houston

Close to my work and I go here sometimes I usually get the half chicken but this time I tried the fajita torta. They have a new way of doing it now and it was real good! I got it at the drive thru and had no problems. The drive thru here is weird if it gets backed up it will overflow onto Shepherd. If this happens just pass and enter on Washington and park.

Great food. Great place to eat. But like every place else prices are too high

Tacos were mostly grilled onions shrimp were tiny and they were wet from so many onions so tortillas fell apart and stuck to the paper. The soup hardly had any vegetables or chicken and no cheese .

Stopped by here on my way out of Houston after a concert. The breakfast burrito I grabbed was delicious, but for some reason they cut a to-go burrito in half. Not sure why. All in all, I’d stop by again.

Their tacos are not what they use to be plus they are more expensive. They started adding beans and bananas they are not bad. I really just wanted regular flour tortillas tacos.
