El Pacifico - Houston

First visit: Very tasteful food and the margaritas are AMAZING! I'll be back! Update: A second time came back for dinner on a Saturday and the service was terrible! The commands jumped wrong, inattentive servers that have much more attention on their other tables, and much weaker margaritas. This place seems to be very hit or Miss unfortunately.

Love this place but is a hit or miss kind of place. You won't know if you get great food or great service . Went in today no greeting until 10 minutes later and no it was not busy at all. My food looks great but wish it had more stuff on the taco . All there other tacos from here are fully loaded and have alot of flavor , this is just dry and no sauce what so ever or toppings .

Best customer service ever! It?s awesome seeing how busy this place gets and regardless of the busyness of the restaurant, the staff keeps their cool and professionalism! The food is outstanding! The rice, the sushi, the horchata, and other drinks are so delicious! It?s a wait but it?s worth it! Great presentation in part of the restaurant! The atmosphere is great, it is so lively and so much fun! Parking is easy to find. The restroom is relatively clean. It is surprisingly family friendly (considering it?s a bar/restaurant) yet again I go during the daytime lol Overall great food, great service, great vibes

I dont care what some people may say about this place not being fancy or the clientele being a little low rent, but thats because of the location. But make no mistake that the food is excellent and prices are awesome considering its a Miyako owned fusion restuarant. One side is mainly for big groups( advance reservation required for birthdays etc on weekends) and the other side is for smaller groups and those that want to be close to the dance floor. We try to get Jolie everytime because her service is impeccable. Very friendly to me and my family but we also tip well when we come so red carpet all the time. Have had quite a few get togethers here and now those friends bring their own groups. Need to come.check them out. Great seafood, sushi and Mexican style food. Something for everybody.

This place is a must for us now! From the appetizers to the seafood creams, from the Pacifico Arroz Mezclado, the sushi plates to the red snappers and mojarras...what an amazing treat it all has been. Great service and delicious seafood in the heart of the Houston/Bellaire area. 100% recommended!
