They accept cards now! Crust was a little too rich and buttery, egg custard was perfection. Both curry and BBQ pork puffs were fantastic. Everything came out piping hot!

By far the best egg tarts in Houston. Just the right amount of sweetness with a buttery, flaky crust. They’re an OG Chinese bakery with delicious sweet and savory buns, and their mango mochi is something I always grab when it’s available.

Egg tarts are good but I'm giving three stars due to the shady customer service. The guy working there told me the egg tarts were fresh out of the oven. No they were not bruh or else they'd be piping hot not room temperature. I didn't really care though since I was buying a dozen to go. Then the guy informed me that if I wanted to use card it'd be an additional $5 but cash is zero fee. That's a pretty common policy at Asian owned places so I didn't mind much either. HOWEVER, I was thrown off when I agreed to pay in cash.....and he randomly tells me that there'd be a 0.75 fee for cash. Like c'mon now what? He didn't wind up charging me the $0.75 though

The egg tarts here are the best pastry in the city and that's not an exaggeration
