Chipotle Mexican Grill - Houston

Your gentleman was attentive and helpful for my pickup order. Once he had a break in the customer (was really just a few seconds) he asked me to pick up. I told Boom that he's handing out my job that's already done and just needs seconds for it! We order and want things to be ready and they say to skip the line for a reason! He's a younger guy, but has good work ethics and sense of urgency unlike some others I've been working with in my fast food days.

My favorite place so far! I always command the Chipotle app and receive my orders myself. I'm never disappointed because food is always incredible. Keep the great work Chipotle!

Lines were long during the week, but they moved fast, and I never saw anyone able to sit a place that saw. The whole food was fresh and hot and the staff was curative. I got the new Asado chicken in my Burrito, and it had good taste and was pieces of meat, not shredded, that was a plus for me, but realize that this was a personal preference. Personally, I think charging an extra 2.30 for guac is a bit high, but everything is a bit high, and at least the system does not automatically have me for a tip as everyone seems to do now. Overall Chipotle in general is not my favorite byob (building your own burrito), but this place is one of the top chipotle's I have been. Clean, polite, fresh and hot. The only reason 4 instead of 5 stars is because Chipotle is generally not my favorite, especially because they have limited options compared to some competitors.
