Chipotle Mexican Grill - Houston

This place is PACKED even at 2pm, past the lunch rush. There is close to zero parking available and if you drive anything bigger than a compact car, it's hard to maneuver through the parking lot. The staff is rude and try to just rush you through the line. The food is cold and they scoop sloppy and light.Food: 2/5

Always long line. Never enough staff on line. Nothing fast about it. Maybe prioritize the physical people in line over the long list of to go orders. Walked out after waiting 15mins. El Rey or Taco Cabana in area is much faster.Food: 4/5

Second time in row they are out of rice. Came here today and 3 days ago, both times outta rice. How does a chipotle run out of rice….

If you've eaten at one Chipotle, you've eaten at them all. I will give them a thumbs up for consistency regardless of location.Good place when you don't want fried fast food. I've found the carnitas to be the only enjoyable meat. All the rest, no matter what type of variations they try to create, are too salty, bland and/or tough. The queso is also an absolute no go. Has the texture and consistency of gravy. All veggies/mix-ins are stellar. I absolutely love the mild salsa and chips.
