While this restaurant is pretty immaculate in cleanliness, they suffer in terms of consistency, quality, and service.I placed a pick-up order to have a fast experience getting my food during a busy day. When I got to the pick-up shelf, I saw that they don’t even put your orders on the shelf! They just keep them in the back, making it super inconvenient to get your order. Several of us waited almost 10 minutes for anyone to come to the back to give us our orders. This does affect quality as our food is getting cold just sitting there.I got their new garlic guajillo steak bowl, expecting a great experience. The steak was not good. It was inedible, tough, and too chewy to even eat.Unfortunately the proportions are also way off. I received almost no steak in the entire bowl! It was mostly just rice.Overall this Chipotle doesn’t hit the mark in terms of service and quality, which are 2 hugely important aspects in the restaurant business. I do hope they fix this so that we can give this another try.

I’m never coming here. This location has consistently given small portions. Now that chipotle has become even greedier, they have reduced there already small portions even more. Totally not worth what they’re asking. It’s not the employees fault. Corporate is the reason behind this.

Service is usually okay and friendly, but one worker, Ariella, is very rude and lacks customer service. Attempted to charge $20 for a kids meal. Smh. Hopefully cooperate sees this and handles this situation appropriately
