Chipotle Mexican Grill - Houston

Chipotle has really gone down hill. The meat both chicken steak is dry and tough seems old. You are so stingy with the toppings. The workers look unhappy but was still trying so I'm not knocking them at all. Its highway robbery at this point

So I haven't eaten at chipotle for a few years, the last time was in Colorado. Now I remember why I haven't been eating at a chipotle.To start I always get my burrito in a bowl. The tortilla that used to come with it is now an added .60cents. which wouldn't be bad if the tortilla was fresh and edible. This experience is not just one time. This review is based off of 2 visits and $38.00. each visit cost a little over $19.00.What I ordered was a burrito in the bowl. With a tortilla on the side. I asked them to drain the juice off my beans as much as they could, I got shredded beef and again asked them to try to drain as much juice as they could. I got a small drink and my total was over $19.00. not a big deal. I grabbed my fork filled my drink and went to my table, both times I mistakenly grabbed a fork and both times I had to go back and get a spoon. It was more like a burrito soup, and kinda tasteless. I remember now why I don't eat at chipotle I clearly have to high of expectations for my lunch.

I ordered a pick up order and my burrito is as horrible, all of my chicken was on one side and I just had rice when I ordered other sides. Also, my Chicken bowl was very dry little to nun sides. I ordered on 10/5. I will never order here again l! Very disappointed

I understand that Chipotle is cracking down on people ordering a taco and adding extra sides free of charge. However, it is not a good business practice to charge people extra when they paid for a regular price burrito bowl and ask to get some of the salsas and sour cream on the side. It is bad customer service to tell your paying customers that it is extra to have sides that they are already entitled to have because they are not adding it inside the burrito. You are overcharging now for just rice, beans and the meat. Saying now that it is company policy is unacceptable. Extremely bad customer service!!!!

Went to this location at 9:30 pm and there doors where locked!! They close at 10:00 pm according to the sign : it seems like the doors were locked for a min so who knows how early they actually stopped letting people in. I normally don’t go to places before they close but I was on a lunch break so my options were limited. Such a shame, the store should update their hours to reflect the actual time they close.
