Chick-fil-a - Houston

They completely messed up the whole order and my lunch there was no sauce at all and the chicken was missing on top of that when I called call to tell them The manager didn't want to replace my whole meal And wanted me to drive back across town and waste fuel because they messed up my order just to pick up the chicken thanks a lot Chick-fil-A. Andthen they are too worried trying to tell you my pleasure after it all.

Ordered 30 piece nuggets and only received 26. Overheard manager tell employee “just give her 6 sauces she don’t need 9”. Considering I ordered 30 nuggets and large fries I think chick fil a can afford the 3 extra sauces but maybe this manager thought they’d go broke?

10/22 I said let me give them a second change… will never do that ever again, the service is bad the orders are worst. Can’t even understand what’s on the ticket order to do it exactly as it is ? the morning manager is useless.Bad service and charge my card twice different amounts on top of that they wanted to charge extra .60 cents for extra cookie crumbs.

I see why ppl love Chick Fil A soooo much! I always enjoyed it here and there but this particular CFA made my day! Remmy was my cashier and he was sooo kind and got my entire order right. I asked him for enough sauces for my big order and he made sure it was enough for me and my ladies. The food is always fresh from this location and the people are always kind! 5 stars guys good job!!
