Burger Theory - Houston

Didn't try Whataburger, during our short 24 hours stay in Houston... the service here wasn't the best since it wasn't busy. There were five of us and a few tables.

I liked it. I got the double-burger and it had a very nice Tangy sauce. High quality meat. All right, I'm a little expensive, but worth the cost.

I have a theory: this place will disappoint the most who enter. I was transferred to the city centre for the crowd. No problem, looks like modern Burger Square specialized in craft beer. I just want a local IPA. Great, menu has 4 on tip. What? The tap system is off. Apparently, day 3 of the leak. Fine, 4 IPA bottles in the menu. 8. The other 8th Wonder IPA. Are we out of this? Give me the Karbach. From what??? My theory is that this place closes within a year.

Burgers are great!! They are very delicious and big, I couldn't even finish a single. Staff and location is great. For dessert i had the brownie sundae, flavor was okay, nothing amazing. Over all really good experience. Only complain i had was the water, it had a really weird after taste.

Made a mad dash for some lunch. Heard about this spot. Nice place and the customer service was great. Food was out in no time at all. Classic with a fried egg! Awesome!!!
