Bao Shi Yi - Houston

Had a craving for dumplings and found this place while running errands. This did not satisfy my craving at all. The only saving grace was the spicy beef soup. All other items including: soup dumplings, pork bun were not that good. I would say that not having an ice machine for customers is a negative. No cash taken is also another negative. Restrooms needed a good scrub down.
