Can be good but not consistent and the takeaway order is often incorrect. Eating in better so you're on the spot to make sure it's what you want. Quality is acceptable but with so much competition GBK needs to watch its standards.

Like many places this GBK post pandemic neither produces the same attention to quality nor service, better alternatives available disappointing.

Had a lazy kerbside lunch at GBK Chiswick High Road this weekend. The burger did not disappoint and the customer service was outstanding. Friendly, prompt and accommodating, it was just a very enjoyable afternoon, thanks to the staff there.

Went this afternoon for a quick lunch, GBK I have going in oxford for a long time always enjoyed it I got seated inside outside was too cold for me. Was not busy at all. I ordered bacon cheese burger with chunky fries and a soft fizzy drink. The burger was PERFECTLY COOKED TO MY LIKING. IT took them good 25 minute to get my food. The service was a BIT Layed back. I found the booth I was seating in the vinyl was sticky I could feel my back getting stuck to the sticky back and bottom. And I took them for ever to get back to me.

I was super interested in trying this Gourmet Burger Kitchen at Chiswick, but a very rude staff put me off. She approached to tell me I could not seat at the table, have to wait when there was nobody else but me and my partner. The table was free. Then she said I had to scan the nhs QR and insisted she wanted to see it, as if I had to prove because she wouldn’t believe me otherwise. I just left as I don’t need that rudeness. I went to Honest, just across the road. Such friendly and welcoming staff. The burger is great too!
