Real Axe - Houghton-Le-Spring

Before I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the service, my experience was quite disappointing. However, once I addressed it, the staff were very pleasant. Unfortunately, I might not return as a customer. Overall, the food was good, but the brisket was dry, as if it had been sliced some time ago.
