Le Bistronome - Houffalize

This restaurant offers high-quality dishes that taste homemade and are reasonably priced. It is conveniently located in the center of Houffalize. The waitress is very friendly and the restaurant serves regional specialties, including La Tendue beer. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

Very good reception! We came with our dog who was directly entitled to a water bowl and a little piece of Salami

The Chouff Carbonnade was excellent with incredibly tender meat. The servers were very attentive and accommodating to special requests. The prices were reasonable considering it was in a tourist area.

The Bistronomer. We had never been before, from the time the establishment was called 'Comme Chez Moi'. Nothing to say, very good culinary experience. The dish of the day was tagliatelle to the scampis and unfortunately there was no scampis around 5pm. The chef has cooked an excellent alternative and frankly, nothing lost in exchange (the plate is also in photo). Sweet coffee and chocolate marrow as well as a small Chouffe for other photos.

Good and hearty. The bistronome scampers are good. Carbonade too, with a little more sauce to soak fries it would be even better. They also have beer from the corner and a small wine well at 3€5 the glass well worth.
