Mcdonald's - Hot Springs Village

Was very disappointed tonight. I waited for my order for over 20 minutes and then had to wait longer because they forgot the riders. not surprised, but disappointed, because this mcdonald’s is in order. but they seemed to be among servants, so it is understandable. I wish they at least apologized?

3 times out of 5 her order will be wrong when they drive chevy, you need better chance to go the speed limit, and then get what you ordered.

I had a detailed positive review here based on service and the ease of parking and entry/exit from street. Google doesn't think I did it even though they tod me this morning it had already gotten a thumbs up for being helpful. The staff at this McDonals was help and handled service timely even though it was in the middle of the lunch rush and POURING rain. They deserve a second review if the first is actually missing.

Normal night, placed my order and drove to the first window where I paid. Then went to the second window and we received our drinks. Right after we got our drinks we were asked to pull up to the 3rd window to wait for FRESH fries. Now mind you I normally don't mind and will move up now problem. However there was no one else in line behind me and no one has entered to place an order. I ask why do I have to move when no one is behind me. I was told it's because I was on a timer to which I looked at the girl and said in a joking manner no you're on a timer . She didn't find it funny and asked if i would move up. At that time I saw someone enter and knew they were going to place their order so I moved. We waited there for a good 5 minutes or more and then without saying anything they handed me my food. The kids i had with me were excited to have FRESH fries only to get them out and they are NOT even warm!! I went inside and told them. They didn't even offer a sorry but they did give me fresh hot fries. From now on I refuse to move when noone is behind me. It isnt my fault that they can not keep up their time for THEIR timer. They get paid 15 dollars an hour. They should be able to beat a timer.

Even by McDonalds standards, this was a pretty lousy experience.Double Cheeseburgers lukewarm meat, cold cheese slapped on with no melting, drowning in ketchup, stale bun.Anything Good??? Service was speedy, staff fairly friendly.This failed to meet even the minimal standards I have for McDonald's.And I had a very similar experience with double cheeseburgers at a different location a couple days ago seems to be a trend.Just about done with McD's
