Nando's - Horwich

A lot of nandos nationwide and their Middlebrook restaurant in bolton is by far the best I was. consistently great eating and phenomenal customer service by carly. not only has it offered us an exceptional customer service, but I think that this is one of the best customer experiences I have generally received. she was very friendly, welcoming and had a real passion for making our experience pleasant. 11/10 carly we will definitely be back!

Eat tasted great, fast food, but delicious. the olives are beautiful. we ordered every quantity. the food took a long time to come and we ordered 2 olives when we asked where they were eating they brought. they were busy but eating and the service was very slow. they were happy to help when asked, but don't really want them to be in order. the review of their food is in order and taking the hahnzeichen is definitiw only a tick box exercise, since they have not even waited for an answer. Hopefully this was just a visit because the food is still delicious, so we will try again. but if that wait for the food (40 min. on the olive) is that again long, it will be us definitiw from the return.

My daughter, my son, and I went to nandos today. the food was delicious and service was great. I must say the customer service was excellent and everything until after carly. I just want her to be credited to the company. she is very attentive to customers and very courteous while she is a professional service. we really enjoyed our visit today. thanks for the beautiful experience carly. tracey and lurking.

This branch never disappoints. always cooked to perfection and even if something goes wrong, they always sort it with a smile. a special scream for carly! she is wonderful and amazing with children. makes it pleasant and simpler with small. she smiles and friendly and has a bouncy positive attitude! she is the perfect waitress. she deserves recognition

The family and I went for lunch on Sunday, and we was met my Carly who was very welcoming. With to young boys, eating out can sometimes be a challenge. Carly gave the boys some crayons and paper to draw which kept them busy. Throughout the customer service was excellent and the food was good too. Keep up the good work.
