Bidra med feedbackI ordered an oatmeal with brown sugar and fresh blueberries and a green tea latte with no foam. I got freeze dried blueberries which are disgusting and packs of sugar in the raw instead of the brown sugar! When I asked the girl she said that’s how it comes meanwhile I place this order several times a week! And we allllllll know how overpriced this place is. Now I don’t mind paying the price as long as I get what I ask for. Meanwhile, she brings my green tea latte that says no foam right on the sticker and I pick it up and literally my whole cup is full of foam. When I asked her about the Meal she said those are the only blueberries they have which is fine and that is the only sugar they have. However, I asked for brown sugar. There is a significant difference between brown sugar and oatmeal and white granulated sugar, and oatmeal. Also my oatmeal cup was barely half full! I told her I would like a refund on the oatmeal because I was not going to eat it. She told me I would have to wait in line which literally had over 10 people standing in line. Another woman came up to me and told me that they can’t give refunds. I would have to call the corporate office. I then actually apologized for complaining about my tea, but told her that I literally had a whole cup of foam. She never apologized, but said that’s what happens when you use skim milk. However, I order this several times a week and if they know how to make it, they know to hold the foam back. I am sick and tired of getting overcharged at Starbucks but then not getting what I’m ordering and getting an attitude on top of it. Does anybody have good customer service anymore??? All I asked for Was a cup of oatmeal with a brown sugar and blueberries, and a cup of green tea latte and neither one was correct and I get an attitude with an explanation why the wrong way is the right way!!!!!
However, I had a negative experience with one staff member on day 5 who made me feel uncomfortable for asking for my grilled cheese to be extra toasted. Despite this, I returned later in the day and all the other staff members were wonderful and made my time in Myrtle Beach feel like Heaven on earth. Thank you to everyone (except for the one person) for making my experience peaceful and enjoyable. I am looking forward to returning on days 6, 7, and 8. I can't wait to visit again and share my wonderful experiences with all my friends. This Starbucks is located near my condo and is just a hop, skip, and a jump away.
Closer to the resorts. Service is quick. And they don’t have drive thru.
The restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a friendly and helpful staff. The menu features a variety of delicious dishes that are sure to please any palate. Overall, a great dining experience that I would highly recommend.
The staff was extremely friendly and efficient with taking my coffee order, and they made it just the way I wanted it!
