Starbucks - Horry

Went in to order breakfast. I ordered the sausage egg and cheese burrito only to be told that they were out of those. The cashier, who I am sure was the shift manager, was very attentive to what I wanted. He was very apologetic. I wanted something sugar free to drink, as in an iced coffee, and he hooked me up with the sugar free vanilla. He had a beautiful smile and I could tell that he had a great rapport with the other employees. He was clearly very customer oriented. He deserves a raise! And I can’t help but tell you his name is Troy!! Thank you Troy!!

KUDOS to the only Barista working this morning 2/20/24! This man was the only person working (I did not catch his name) and the place was packed! This man was doing it all, taking orders, cash register, making drinks, making food and calling out finished orders with a smile! He apologized to everyone individually for the wait. I personally placed a large mobile order and when I got my order, and it was all perfectly made just the way we ordered it. I had to go back in and give this man an additional cash tip for his hard work. Great Service!!!!!

I go here every day for my latte and now the staff knows exactly how I like it. They go above and beyond with their customer service.
