Go a bagel sandwich it was sooo good! the guy working the register was very nice as well.

Really wanted to like this place as its one of the few bagel places near me. I ordered 6 bagels and 3 sandwiches to go. The bagels are ALL hard as a rock, my daughter couldnt even bite into hers. The egg salad sandwich tasted like it had nothing mixed in it or any seasoning. The Italian sub was hard and dry and the potato salad that came with it tasted like boiled potatoes and mustard. The most delicious bagels in town. Stuff is always friendly and very helpful. Bagels and rolls are fresh and delicious. Very responsible prices. Our to go place for quick breakfast.

We love the bagel factory and almost always have exceptional service when the owner is there. However we went today at 1 (an hour before close) and all three ladies working at the front seemed completely unconcerned with us and more concerned with counting the money from the drawer. Even after we used apple pay we stood and waited for at least a few minutes before having to ask if we could complete the transaction and for them to flip the screen so we could select a tip.
