Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I have had a bad experience once a year ago. Decided tonight to give it a try again. Never ever will I go to this location again! The person who answered the drive thru just down right rude.

Cold food, cold service. Freddy’s has good food but this last experience was horrible.

Outside building advertises Chicago Dogs. However they don't have them anymore. So ordered regular hot dog with onions and mustard. Was told don't have containers anymore so will be on side. That was confusing. Just serve on side then. And French fries way to skinny and short. Hard to eat. The taste was good
