The Malt House - Horbury

I have organized a party on the high-time day of my mother and my father in the working room of the old mill. the employees from beginning to end were so helpful. the room is an empty canvas that can look really nice with a little wall. they were very looking at my and the managerin checked with me a few things to make sure they get it on the point. starter and main thing arrived on time. we had pre-booked eating and all orders were as desired. over 20 appetizers and 20 main dishes and not a complain. also the personal was efficient, but not intrusive. they were efficient and very helpful. my mother and dad had a wonderful party!

After coming last week and posting a bad review about the food and quality we was contacted by assistant manager Kyle Barnes who informed us that on the day they was having a few staffing problems and was very apologetic about our experience reassuring us it was a one off, as a good will gesture he offered us to attend again for a free meal each for our family so we accepted and attended this evening where we was greeted by Kyle himself the service was brilliant and the meals was perfect great sizes and cooked as requested, will definitely be recommending to other people and personally like to thank Kyle Barnes for our services this evening he’s a great asset to the company

Whenever I have visited The Old Mill I've been made to feel wanted and valued by the members of staff on. On my most recent visit I found the food to be delicious with generous portions and great value for money. The pub itself is arranged nicely and makes me feel comfortable when I visit. Thank you for such a great visit, I will definitely be returning!

Good value. first visit since it changed name and refurbished. freshly made pizza was good. plates not cleared away quickly though. can't really comment on the beer as only had lager shandy due to driving. would go again.
