Red Rooster - Hoppers Crossing

Red Rooster is underrated in my opinion. Years ago, I had a bad experience with their chicken sandwich or burger, which had dry and burnt black bits inside. That turned me off from the restaurant for a long time, until I decided to give it another try yesterday - and again today because yesterday's meal was a winner. I went back just to get more of their delicious fried chicken. The Hoppers location has convenient parking right in front of the entrance. The service is good and the food is very fresh. I especially love the crunchy coating on their fried chicken. Their coleslaw is also excellent - not soggy like KFC's, it seems freshly prepped each day. However, I was not a fan of their mashed potatoes and gravy. It seemed like it came out of a box with added water, and the gravy had a strange consistency that tasted slightly of mushrooms. Maybe it's just my taste preference, but overall, I still enjoyed my experience at Red Rooster.

We had to wait a bit in the drive-thru, but the food was delicious.

The restaurant was clean and well-organized, making it a quick and easy dining experience.

The new to me karton tablet of chips with crushed chicken and gravy above the top is very attractive for me so I tried and I was not disappointed, it really hit on the place and it really tasted good.

So exciting that the red hahn now delivers. very fast too. can't blame it. so it is great for the family with many options.
