Hoagies - Hopkins

Fantastic. I've lived in or worked in Hopkins for many years. Finally went to Hoagie's and now I'm angry at myself for not going early. Breakfast was delicious, generous, and extremely fairly priced. And our waitress was delightful. I'll be back soon, without a doubt.

Favorite ??, inexpensive, little old style simple cafe around. Pictured is the fluffy large ham and cheese omelet, with sourdough bread, and extra crispy hashbrowns. ???? The sourdough bread is an up charge, but I feel worth it! I took half this meal to go, so I have a delicious breakfast tomorrow too. Believe me the portions are hearty. They are now a cash and credit card restaurant. Just be sure to tip your server well, and in cash preferably. Enjoy!

Perfect place for a reason to spend time with a granddaughter. Even though she chooses to only eat lettuce for breakfast. They have the best biscuits and gravy along with fluffy pancakes. A true diner. I love the food and totally recommend

This place is such a nostalgic family diner, make sure you have time as this this is not a chain restaurant, so things take just a little longer to make but it's worth it! the staff here is fun, knowledgeable and kind! Very cost effective and a nice easy menu

I am not one for poor reviews often but my experience this morning left me wanting to leave some constructive suggestions. I have been coming to this location for the last 2 years usually once to twice a week as I work just down the road. I have always left full and with a smile. This morning I wanted to bring someone new here for a birthday breakfast as I couldn?t think of a better place to go for the food and atmosphere. Our server had only visited our table twice in the hour we have been here, and never refilled drinks. We had questions about some menu items the server was unable to articulate or produce an answer on to start with. She missed a few items we ordered and never rang them in. I had to find another staff member to help correct the mistake. The food that was ordered came out incorrectly and not as explained by our server. (We wanted a country fried steak) she told us the 5oz steak would be that meal. It came as a standard steak. I understand people can make mistakes and it gets busy. When I asked the server for the hash browns she missed on the order and why the steak came like that and not a country fried steak like we requested she abruptly walked away to grab forks which she also missed. After 5 min of waiting for forks to eat with she stopped by but walked off immediately. Unfortunately this is a case of a poor server unable to preform to the standard I believe this place should uphold. Younger lady with longer black hair.
