Baskin-robbins - Hopewell

I wanted to get ice cream for my son and me for the first time. Pros: The environment was peaceful and clean. We were immediately seen by an employee who was very helpful. The ice itself was delicious and they had waffles in stock (see a frequent complaint). Cons: Unfortunately, they were from some flavors that I wanted (the ice creams concerned saw a little grounded and melted). I can only assume that the manager/shift leader came out from behind in the middle of our interaction and our employee for something she said he would have done. Very unprofessional, but our guy went away and remained respectful and polite to me and my son.

I'd like to give five stars, but the taste I want is not here. I am overall happy with the Sorbet, but I wish there were more options

It was clean and beautiful. The young man waiting for us was very friendly and friendly.

We love this place and their Charming staff (Thank You Leutricia) are just Great! We ordered 2 quarts of their Pistachio Almond ice cream (hand pack) and they had us laughing all the way to pick-up! So Wonderful an experience...Thank You!
