Artichoke - HOPE ISLAND

Came for Christmas lunch with our office for the 2nd year in a row. The food was delicious as usual. Chef has a great vegan meal for one of our girls. Marnie was great and very friendly definitely deserves an increase when considering how busy and short staff they were. In any case recommend. 10/10.

I never write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. I love high quality food and restaurants, we traveled the world and dinned in some very beautiful places. I'm a hobby cook myself. Just out of curiosity I've read some of the negative reviews, and I can't understand why people go to restaurants if they just want to show up there belly 's and away. For me it is an experience to slow down and take time for conversations, enjoy a drink, live music, food. If you are so in a hurry and impatient, don't go to a restaurant, go away, but don't give other people to your psychological problems! These people do their best to serve you and make your experience unforgettable, and that's exactly what we have experienced at Artichoke a 'unforgetable experience'. The food was fresh, high quality and perfectly prepared by an excellent cook, the service was excellent, the live music was extremely entertaining. On a Friday night without reservation, we have a table next to the window immediately. All in all was excellent, thank you very much, we will be back! (Only if you don't introduce the rule with the vassal because this is discrimination in my eyes!!!

Reading reviews I was pretty worried. But these people are wrong. Great food and hectic from the team. The food was excellent! Waiting between meals is standard for the quality you serve and worth waiting. If you want a quick meal, go to the pub. I recommend trust the cook

A great meal. We had the revelation meal with paired wines, and if I could take 1/2 start for crowd, I would. The food was absolutely delicious, salmon kingfish, duck, ravioli filled with homemade gnocchi, seafood. But the portion sizes were just too large. If I could respectfully suggest, only one "shot size" would do. I was filled after 2 1/2 courses. It was a really busy night, 3 employees were out, but cook and staff did a good job to consider

There are no words... I've been from sea to shining sea in the states, the Virgin Islands to Tahiti... from Melbourne to the Gold Coast and this is one of my favorites. The food is phenomenal...but more importantly the staff and chef are family. Don't miss out on this.
