Wasabi Juan's Hwy 280 - Hoover

FANTASTIC food as usual, but a sign on the door says this location is closing June 5th! It says they’re going to focus mainly on food trucks going forward. Make sure to stop here while you can!!!

Atmosphere was great, service was quick. Such a great concept. Food was so delicious and tasted very authentic. Will visit again!

Stopped by on our roadtrip and it was totally worth it! Got the LHM burrito and the Rainbow burrito. Such good quality sushi. Seaweed salad and salty Edamame were so fresh and yummy, the perfect combos.Food: 5/5

I don't know if it's more Asian or Mexican, but this is good mix of the two. I have tried only the cooked options, but I do like the Cowboy which has steak in it. I also like that it is filling but lighter than traditional Mexican food. Wasabi Juan's is also a great community partner. They are sponsors or at least great supporters of the USL team here in town, so they are usually promoting it, doing giveaways, and being onsite or nearby with their food truck.

Amazing. I had the aloha cold burrito and it was full of flavor. The burrito comes with chips and salsa which was also very tasty.
