The Purple Onion Hoover

I wish we had gone to the Greensprings location. The food was ok, the service was ok... There was a huge roach on the floor that the young lady walked past twice. We assume it's because it's a common issue here? I lost my appetite and was done immediately.

The purple onion chicken tenders were so small and the price was so high and I took it back and they threw the small piece out and wasted it when many people don't have anything to eat. They replaced it with another decent tender thank God.

Chicken finger plate is great. They were slightly overcooked but delicious.

Food was ok (taste wise). I think it 's more so what I ordered than anything else. I 've been coming to Purple Onion since college. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak pita roll-up (it was more pita than meat) tonight. I had fried okra (seasoned). My bf had the same pit roll up with Cheese ranch fries. The food was fresh, and the service was friendly and quick. I commended the lady at the register because I was in line when another customer cursed her out, and she was never disrespectful to the lady. I can 't complain about Purple Onion. It was 130 in the morning, and we were starving. Every other place that was open was packed. So Purple Onion came thru in a clutch!

It's a sorppressive good burger. Great people, not a place to hang out for a long time
