What can you say about the greatest butcher to ever live? On the eve of the 4th of July, with all my family coming to town, my meat freezer failed me and I lost all my meat. I called Nick and he not only brought us a cooked brisket but also a great bottle from his wine selection. He saved the day, just like George Washington.

Great butcher shop. If they don't have what you want, they will order it for you. Lots of homemade casseroles. The chicken tetrazzini is my favorite. The Shepherds Pie is a close second. Spicy but delicious. Great wine selection.

Fav spot: I buy 99% of my meat and wine here. Buy everything, it’s great. Plus the catering is OMG! Quality and freshness to perfection.

Being from Louisiana, I am so lucky to have the Cleaver nearby. My family and I enjoy many meals made up of the various meats, sides, drinks, and desserts we grab quite often. The selection is great... especially the beer fridge. Don't sleep on the frozen premade dishes that make easy weeknight dinners!

Been wanting to try a steak that wasn’t from a grocery store. Worth every penny
