O Sushi - Hoover

Superb service. Cold, delicious sake and sushi. I was traveling from Georgia to Texas on June 7 and sat at the sushi bar to observe the chefs. Great chef recommendations on various spicy tuna rolls. They’re doing it right here. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5

Ramen wasn't good at all.. egg was hard, broth was bland, and rost pork is tough.. luckily the noodle wasn't overcooked, there are better choices for this priceFood: 1/5

Wonderful service. Absolutely beautiful restaurant and absolutely wonderful food. I've been here twice for a date as well as just a meet up with friends so it has a very versatile environment. There are a lot more dietary options here than other sushi places in Hoover, which is very helpful. I know some people who prefer this place over other sushi places due to the fact that O'Sushi has more options for people with shellfish allergies.

10/10 this place is amazing everyone was so nice, it was super cute inside, and the food was absolutely amazing! If we lived in Birmingham this would be one a restaurant I would regularly go to and want to try all the different things on the menu
