The pickup ride is ridiculously slow. when someone appears on the window and his order is not ready, courteously ask them to go back on the line, so others who have orders ready to pick them up in time. we have currently waited 24 minutes to pick up our prepaid order, which should be ready 25 minutes ago. we will not be back because of the bad administration of this place.

The first time, chipotle actually try by coincidence, but it was quite decent. I ordered the burrito dish. eating was good and everything was boiled properly, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the amount of meat she put in the bowl. now idk, how chipotle does her relationship, but in the bowl dig to find a piece of meat is a little ridiculous.

Not only notice its online orders, doors are locked without signs, why even if it says that fine in is available. every time I have eat here, it is always cold, even if it was available in the shop restaurants. choose another location above this.

If you order in store, chances are they’re out of something (usually veggies), and nobody is in the kitchen working to fix that problem. This is the opposite of what you find at the Galleria location which seems to run like a well-oiled machine.If you order via DoorDash expect about a half serving of meat, even if you order and pay for double.I live nearby but will be going to the Galleria location from now on if I want Chipotle.

Gave this location three chances, I will never go to this location again or prob any chipotle. They are very inconsistent. The location is very dirty. Chips were under the drink fountain. A few times in the past they forgot the juice for the kids meal.Yesterday when I went in the drink machine was very out of carbonation. The drinks tasted flat and very syrupy. There was no hot sauce. The atmosphere sucked. No-one was happy in the store. The location was COLD. You would have to wear a jacket in the location just to stop shivering.Chiptole, everyone is struggling right now with labor, but you had a full staff, some of the people were just standing there and talking. Get it together.
