Beijing Express - Hoover

This use to be my go for Chinese food. Never again. I?m guessing employees have changed but the customer service is trash. Today was the final straw. I called and placed my order over the phone. A young lady answered and put me on hold to discuss a drivers location. Fine. Then still having me on hold she begins to discuss cream she has to rub all over her body that?s good for blisters. I ended up hanging up and calling right back. I order chicken fried rice no vegetables. The only way I?ve ever ordered it and I?ve spoken to her before to order. Sweet and sour chicken no vegetables. Food delivered and vegetables in everything. So I called the restaurant. No remorse or even an apology. She tells me I have to be very specific when ordering and she didn?t hear me say no vegetables in the chicken fried rice only the sweet and sour chicken. Really? Maybe if you stop focusing on non business related conversations you can hear a simple order. Never again

Unfortunately, I didn?t to take pictures before discarded. I order 3 meals from the lunch menu and all look like it was leftovers from previous day and reheated. Rice was hard and dry, LoMein was dry and had the tiniest shrimp possible which where rubbery from being over cooked. Disappointed $30 went to the trash rather than to nourish my kids.Just a waste of money for sure?. Make sure to check your meal before leaving.

Enjoyed my Mongolian Beef lunch combo. Came with an egg roll and fried rice. Quick and easy meal.

You delivered everything to our office today! Unlike all other places of these days – UBER Eats, Door Dash, etc NIE deliver us the right order and/or leave things out. So we never decided again and only from places that deliver themselves. It was also delicious! We have the broccoli chicken, veggie lo my hot soup.
