Guiseppe's - Hoosick Falls

The first time here. we had a cheeseburger sub and tried the cheese pizza. both were very, very good. we are safe back and we are very picky about the return. definitiw a winner.

It's lunch time. Show up, order drinks and then are informed it's cash only. Owner is only serving sandwiches. Mediocre at best- the make at home save 30 dollar type. Asked for pasta instead, owner said he would not prepare pasta, only sandwiches. Terrible buissness practice.

Ordered a veal park on my way home to Vermont I go back and forth often and Vermont doesn’t have many good…or even edible Italian. I guess that’s true for hoo sick too. I wasn’t expecting a miracle but the bread was wet so wet when I picked unit up it drooped over and fell all over. The sauce was like ketchup with oregano. Staff was very nice patrons were very nice. Food ….NOT NICE

The French onion soup was very tasty great broth and lots of onion and cheese. The mozzarella sticks were standard. Nothing special. The pizza crust was fluffy and light, the sauce was not over powering and the cheese could've used a little more but overall great service and good food.

The portions are large, eating is fantastic and the service is the best. I recommend guiseppe’s
