Mcdonald's - HOOD RIVER

I visited this location this morning to grab an Egg McMuffin, a coffee, and two strawberry pies. They asked me to pull forward, so I waited for about 5 minutes. When I went inside to check on my order, they told me it would be another 7 minutes. Waiting 15 minutes in total is unacceptable. As a manager at a fast food restaurant, I can assure you the longest we take is 3 minutes for fresh food.

It was the most disappointing meal I've ever had at a McDonald's.

This McDonald's in Hood River has clean restrooms, and even when I ordered takeout, the countertops were immaculate. Social distancing wasn't an issue since the restaurant was not very busy. The service was excellent and friendly. Prices were average, like at any other location, and my food arrived quickly, tasting just as good as at any other McDonald's.
