Pieology Pizzeria - Honolulu

Ordered 2 pizza's both were burnt badly. Should have been free. I could smell the oven was burning. Never will go back again. Pieology use to be my favorite pizza place to go.Food: 1/5

What can I say… we ordered through their website and they gave our order to uber bicycle even though they were far away from where we stayed. And worst of all, they didn’t take calls so we can ask for status updates or possible delivery method change! Awful experienceUpdate: we got the pizza after 45 minutes of waiting. The pizza’s taste was good although there were burnt bits on one side. They really need to improve their customer service. Not accepting calls from customers is unacceptable!

A total of 8 pepperonis on the pepperoni pizza. Crust is doughy and they burnt a side. Do NOT Uber eats this place.Food: 1/5

Ordered online and set to be delivered. We’re past an hour timeframe and I’ve called 20+ times and no one answers. Per the live tracker the driver never arrived at restaurant. Never got my order!Update: order was cancelled due to delivery driver not picking up order. No refund provided. I’ve been trying to call the store for a month and no one answers the phone. It says we have reached your peak time. Please give me my money back.

Same experience as many others. Ordered two pizzas, the thin crust were like frisbees. Burnt and inedible. The replies indicate the owner/manager is aware based on their replies but this issue still continues to happen.Won't be going back.
