Original Magoo's Pizza - Honolulu

Update: Ran into the female server, Sarah, at yoga and she straightened everything up. Apparently the server that I had an issue with no longer works there and will be getting my pizzas from Magoos againOrdered a pizza online 5 minutes before the store opened thinking it would be quicker than waiting for the store to open. Get a confirmation that my pizza will be ready in 30 minutes. Wait 25 minutes before going into the store and told that my pizza will be ready in a few minutes. 10 minutes later they start bringing out huge dine in pizza orders. I simply point out why are dine in customers who ordered after me getting their pizza before me and the server gets hostile with gaslighting the situation saying I should just enjoy my Sunday. Luckily the female server there was very kind and desclated the situation. Apparently people get served in whatever order the employees see fit regardless of who orders first.

The WORST pizza I have ever had. It has taco cheese on it, enough said. The salad was equally terrible. When you consider the price point vs quality of food you get a one star review.

MAGOO 's! I know you are better! I 've been eating Original Magoo 's since you have came back and Real Magoo 's since i was a mere sprout! But what 's going on lately? Tonight I got fries that were not only burnt but also soggy? As a worthless cook at home, I can 't even accomplish that. I rarely complain, especially about local restaurants that I support, however, it 's a two way street.

Loved that we finally made our way to the Magoo's Pizza at its Waialae Ave. location last month! We ate at the one in Aiea for many years until it closed down and we are so excited and happy that it has reopened! Our server Parker was phenomenal and attentive! Our Pizza was as ono as ever and even though I am saddened to hear that the BBQ pulled pork sandwich is no longer on the menu, his recommendation of the ham and cheese sandwich was just as good with adding olives!!! We will definitely be back and you should go and taste it for yourselves! 5 stars for sure!
