On my first trip to Hawaii, my sister and I wanted a nice place to celebrate our birthdays and vacation. Ocean House fit the bill, fine food, good service, great location, nothing bad to say. I had the prime rib special, it was excellent, my sister had the moon fish and it was excellent.

What can I say sadly, one of the last customers this amazing and what should be considered as a historical place in waikiki. that was eating and was always outstanding! the service tadellos! tiago was there our server and this last night of opening, service was excellent once again, we were his last customers ever for him in the ocean house, most people worked here for 5 years, many over 20 years! why outrigger this has closed and shorebird are beyond the crazy, offered this (ocean house and shorebird) orte most aloha in all waikiki. the only two private restaurants that were held on the beach of waikiki went for ever to take over companies. the years of amazing eating and sunsets served here are today something of legendary status. aloha 'oe ocean house, our ohana loved her place very much. we will never forget about sun sets, with an atmosphere that will never be reckoned again in waikiki. mahalo nui loa for the memories ocean house, my elders brought me here in the early eighties, then I brought my wife here a year later, then I moved my children here and ocean house was immediately their favorite place on o 'ahu as well as, thank you again oh for great times with ohana!
