We had the strawberry shortcake and rainbow cake. They were both very good. I preferred the shortcake and my son preferred the rainbow cake. Price was reasonable and would definitely want to try their other delicious looking treats!

Lady that works on register is rude and not accommodating even for locals and regulars. I love kulukulu but every time I left there she made me uncomfortable. Since I buy a lot kulu kulu and I am their regular customer I have these cards where I get stamps for gifts. Once she was very ignorant and didn’t want to add the accurate number of stamps, I asked why but she just cut me off, I just left confused and didn’t want to argue but I thought it was super weird and random act of rudeness. The other day I went so happy there because I wanted to buy a cake for baby gender reveal party. She said they cannot do that even that baker said they can and other employees were confused why she says they cannot. I really won’t go back there anymore. There is another kulu kulu in Waikiki that is further away and those people are so nice with local vibe and very friendly.

I visited two times. Tried the caramel cream puff, the regular, the strawberry shortcake, and the soufflé cheesecake. Their cream here is really smooth and mildly sweet, which makes their cream puffs my favorite part of each visit.
