Here we are post-covid, and where others have failed Kats Sushi is still going strong!!! Where others have increased their prices dramatically Kats Sushi All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) pricing has stayed amazingly steady and still reasonable! NOTE: Looks like their popularity has grown as I’ve noticed more outside table seating to fit more people that last I came pre-covid. SO BE PATIENT WITH THEM!!The staff is still genuinely nice and do try their best to get everyone’s orders in and delivered. And of course the food is still fantastic! (The unagi is the softest and juiciest compared to other places).Simple business, simple location, just amazing food!NOTE2: CALL AHEAD for reservations!
Nice place if you enjoy sushi. Unpretentious, unique, friendly, great value, and worth the . I will definitely bring my family there again.
Very rarely do I put reviews, let alone 1 stars but this one just stings. They first serve you with a sushi platter that was left out to oxidise and after eating that mandate, mandate you order hand rolls with 80% rice to fill you up. They don’t take new orders from you until you finish which is ???Then the staff slows down taking your orders BUT comes to refill your water. So at the end of the day, at what cost? I would recommend spending your money somewhere elsePaid $39 including tip.
If you've got a big appetite and love sushi then you gotta check out kats sushi on King street ! This little hole in the wall place is serving up some of the most tasty made to order all you can eat nigiri and hand rolls in the area! Reservations are a must because space is limited here, but you really can't go wrong here. Don't expect Michelin star quality of sushi, but rather what you could expect for an all you can eat sushi restaurant. Remember that everything is made to order so please be patient because it may take some time to get your food, but you are able to order 5 choices at a time where each person will get either 2 pieces of nigiri per choice or 1 hand roll per person per choice. As long as you're patient, it is worth the price and the wait . Go check them out if you haven't already!
