Il Tappo - Honolulu

One of the few places in Waikiki beach where we got vegetarian food. Ambiente was wonderful and food was amazingly delicious. Pesto Pasta was too good. Tiramisu was soft and tasty. Garlic bread was different and cheese upstairs had authentic Italian feeling. We loved the way we were greeted and treated. It has the 4 star feeling, the restaurant. The waitress was polite and hit us with good options. Very recommended.

The food here was phenomenal. We really enjoyed the Calabrese pizza, the Vegetariana pizza, the pesto with chicken pasta and the affogato. Definitely some of the best Italian food we had in a long time, although it was a bit expensive. We also ordered the wounded passion fruit soda and it was pretty good. The ambience here is also very beautiful, and the owner is super friendly. I would recommend trying this place if you are in the area!

Wonderful place and delicious food! We had two pizzas for our family of four and the cheese was incredible! The atmosphere had a large raised/casual vibe and the people here are serious about their food.

Concentrated authentic Italian menu with great service. We had a lasagna, a drawn chicken pasta, and a delicious ox, onion, arugula and olive oil appetizer. What I appreciated was the concentrated menu... It is always better to do a reasonable number of courts well, instead of being anything for all people. Great service also; They can say that they sincerely want their guests to have a solid experience.

Best Italian restaurant in area!!! Amazing food!! Amazing service!! Just reading the bad reviews and it’s so stupid to write that everything is bad when the it’s smells of Italy from outside! If 23$ for a pasta it’s too expensive, go somewhere cheaper!
