Bidra med feedbackWent here because I thought there would be the conveyor belt sushi, but I was sad to find out that they no longer have conveyor belt sushi at this location. overall, the staff was very kind and courteous. Also, the food was prepared quickly by the kitchen staff.
I haven't been to Genki in quite some time and I'm glad I did go. Top notch!
Hate to comment about negative experiences but here I am. It’s the second time they missed some items, but this time the situation is far worse. I remembered to check all items right there and went back for the item. The cashier knows exactly what was missing and what was not. What made this experience so bad is that, they know exactly what was going on, but never approached to me but wait until I went back for it. I’m here for the food, not for the angry face (the logo)!!
They were so generous with the portions of stuffing for the stuffed mushrooms, and it was so delicious. The servers were attentive and friendly. The portions of edamame and French fries could have been bigger, though. The noodles and sushi were great.Kid-friendliness: The staff were very accommodating regarding the kids.Parking: Well, I park in the handicap stall. The elevator and escalator are easily accessible.
