Eggs 'n Things Saratoga in Waikiki offers a great option for breakfast and brunch and also has multiple options for lunch. Hours range typically from 7am-2pm. Parking is limited to street parking so may be limited to find parking. Lines can get long so recommendation is to get there as soon as it opens so there is no wait. Order Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict: Start by ordering buy eggs benedict which is one of the most popular dishes. Enjoy choice of Benedict served on lightly toasted bun topped with island fresh poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, and complimented with choice of breakfast potatoes, steamed white rice, or buttermilk pancakes. Benedicts are served on choice of lightly toasted bun or Hawaiian taro roll. Spinach, Bacon, and cheese Omelet: The most popular island fresh 3 egg omelet with fresh spinach, bacon and choice of cheese. Complimented with breakfast potatoes, steamed rice, or buttermilk short stack. I recommend getting short stack so you can try their different tropical coconut or guava syrups.

We picked up take away, the food was great! I had the waffles with whipped cream, macadamia and bananas. So delicious! My daughter had the breakfast burrito it was so delicious, she loved it!

Servers were friendly and hardworking. Showed up and waited for a 8 person table for 51 minutes. When we got there we found out you could put your name on the list using yelp. Despite not coming out as ordered the food was good. The easiest dishes to make (cheese omelette and rice; scrambled eggs with Portuguese sausage) took a long time to come out. Believe they fell through the crack, but was told the kitchen was backed up. -1 star for this As a person who worked in restaurants cleaning common areas and restrooms, I (you) know when a bathroom has not been properly cleaned in days. My impression is it has been “touched up” for a long time. You needed a code to get in so there was no random passersbys using them. -1 star

Very good restaurant. they have a lot of great tasking food here. It is causal and a bit noisy but I like the place. I am sure to be back soon.

Worth the wait of there is a queue but you join the wait list thru the Yelp app
