Bidra med feedbackIs it desperate to have Japanese curry for breakfast? Maybe. I was early in Waikiki and decided that my dining plan might not fit into a much sought-after fix from this curry chain, so I thought: no time like the present. It opened at 9.30 or a little after how you can see from the photo. So anyway, I always like Mabo Tofu, the traditional Chinese spicy dish with tofu and minced meat, and since I like Japanese curry, por que no los dos? It is really a culinary miracle: perfectly cooked Japanese rice, rubbers and stickers as other types of rice (basmati, jasmine), combined with the slightly sweet curry sauce and whatever you come with the curry. With a sprinkle of Japanese pimples, I think it is absolutely delectable and Coco Ichibanya has always served on reliable delicious Japanese curry. It is not fantastic, and certainly not sharp cuisine, but it gets my five stars.
Cheap and delicious.. I love Curry House. The employees of this are not very talkable, but efficient and polite enough. As for the curry, it is amazing and cheap. There are countless combinations of meat and vegetables to add to your curry. The best place to get delicious curry and huge portions for around 6 dollars!
A friend of mine who lived in Japan recommended this place, so I really wanted to try. After searching the options, there were many things I wanted to try. I decided to go with what seems to be the most popular – chicken cutlet with cheese (picture). I loved this court. I never had a Cheddar cheese with Curry before and it was delicious. The curry was spicy, but not overwhelming. Before I looked into this place, I didn't even know that Curry was common in Japanese culture. I recommend you check this point. There are locations in some different cities in the USA.
Great value for the amount of food you receive. And their personal dining area is still closed, but the rest of the seating at the food court is only a few steps away. Overall I can't complain. And bring cash unless you want to pay a 3% surcharge on a purchase with a credit card.
Food was really delicious! I love the chicken katsu curry. I usually always go to Korean bbq, but this has reccently become my go to everytime we’re at Alamoana Center for lunch. You can also ask for spicy or non spicy, at least for the chicken katsu curry as far as i know, but it is not as hot as you’d think. The seating inside the shop itself is tight, but so is the eating area in the mall overall. Gotta fight for a table! The staff is also nice, even cracked jokes with the cashier
