Great place, beautiful deco, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful and fresh food

The test kitchen makes the most exciting food in the city. It's not always perfect, but that's the point. You see incredible chefs really on a plate in an intimate place.

Not to assess how the boss always changes, that is the point. The venue is very modern chic and worth 5. Service and coordinated wines are also very good. The food this night (Pop Michelle) was a 4. The chicken and the salad were very good.

Have two meals of different cooks here. Everyone was really interesting and innovative in his own way. This place insists on coming a lot of different cooks and kitchen styles and presenting their dishes. The only consistent parts will be the venue and some of the employees who are all really nice and helpful. Due to the limited run nature, meals can be quite expensive, but this is all about food as experience, not a functional activity. They come for innovation and experience, and I was satisfied every time.
