Very good food. Price reasonable for Michelin 3 stars
Amazing experience here. Easily one of the best French restaurants in Hong Kong. The turbot with butter sauce and caviar was the best course. It is also worth mentioning that they have a large selection of very savoury breads.
Still the standard by which the top French restaurants are measured. Creative blending and a deft touch with flavorings both simple and complex and with nice touches such as the signature dessert trolley and ample fresh bakery. Excellent service from booking to the friendly and efficient wait staff.
Nice coffee. attentive staff. Nice hiding place in Central.
