Joy Hing Roasted Meat - Hong Kong

I would recommend her hugging, geese and dee really tender and naturally tastefully. the bottle secret sauce that goes with the rice is amazing (rich but low in sodium). the roasted pork (siu yook) is however in order, since the skin is not crispy. bbq pork (cha siu) is on the slender side. a large local, no fuss (and no service place) for fast and tasty eating, but not sure why it got michelin.

One of my favourite spot for Cha Sui Rice. Ask for fatty cha Sui. The quality goes up and down the price is unbeatable. $36 for a decent place of Cha Sui Rice. A lot of people come here so the meat is quite fresh.

Taste good. Reasonable price. Michelin restaurant. Very local style restaurant with very narrow gap between table. If you are sensitive for hygiene and worry about COVID, do not recommend. However, If you don’t mind, you could try.

Good choice for a plate of rice with different choices of meat. Can’t decide when I visited on 7 Dec 2022, so I went for a combination: Ordered 三寶飯: chicken, duck, and char siew. The duck tasted the best, followed by char siew. Small 7-table restaurant with a home-ly feel.

The first time i tried char-siu. Hecking delicious!
