Everything's good, but it's a little expensive. My steak was cooked for the first time, they cooked me a new one. Service was excellent.

The service and decor are very good. It's a good steakhouse and it has all the usual starters and sides you would expect. The steak selection is wide, but they could do with a few more selections to be shared between 2 people. Most of the steaks are either 9-12 oz or 35+ oz. One thing to note is that since this is a restaurant with the Ocean Park Marriott, there are a lot of kids in this restaurant. If you are looking for a quiet and intimate restaurant, this isn't really the right place to go because of that.
自從南港島線通車後,去海洋公園車程已經不再有從前有小旅行般的感覺。就像這夜,由尖沙嘴出發坐港鐵去海洋公園旁的萬豪酒店,前後約半小時就到達,幾乎與去天后或堅尼地城差不多時間,比想像中便捷得多。 萬豪酒店內共有4間餐廳,分別是扒房、自助餐餐廳、酒吧和我們這次要去的中菜廳「南海小館」。「南海小館」主打順德菜。大家除了品嚐了多款不可錯過的順德河鮮外,亦點了數款順德小菜與甜品。 前菜小食中,我最喜歡就是涼拌魚皮($128)。今時今日很多時一提起魚皮,好像就立即會與鹹蛋黃拉上關係。其實除了脆炸魚皮外,涼拌魚皮亦是一種中式傳統吃法,雖然我自己也已經有好多好多年沒有吃過涼拌的版本了。這夜南海小館的涼拌魚皮,用的的中國養殖鯇魚魚皮,經過薑蔥及麻油等調味,入口清新、質感爽彈,這道涼菜令人想追吃的程度絕不比邪惡的鹹蛋黃炸魚皮低呢。 至於主食方面,最讓我回味的就是順德拆魚羹 $188),蝦籽海味燴柚皮和 香蔥叉燒粒炒飯 $168)。 順德拆魚羹,奶白色的湯頭內除了魚肉蓉,還有木耳幼絲、絲瓜絲等,食感層次豐富,味道鮮美。每天吃一碗也不厭呢~ 蝦籽海味燴柚皮入口即化,相當入味。 看似簡簡單單的香蔥叉燒粒炒飯吃起來味道不簡單,飯粒分明,很好吃。 另外梅菜芯蒸芥藍 $168),爽嫩的蒸芥藍配上淡淡梅菜芯的香甜,真好吃。 至於這夜其他菜式,還包括朋友們大讚的順德家鄉碌鵝 $288),鳳城煎焗雞件 $208),煎焗西江魽魚與蜜味叉燒 $168)。 大良薑汁燉奶 $58),雖然據店方介紹,這燉奶是以日本北海道牛奶取代傳統recipe的大良水牛奶。出來的效果也很不錯,奶香香濃,而薑汁與奶香的比例亦來得平衡。滑溜香甜的薑汁燉奶,吃完感到滋潤又暖胃。 這夜南海小館的各道菜式整體來說都很對口味,加上用餐環境舒適寬敞,期待下次再與家人朋友到訪。
