Very delicious food with efficient service. Sitting can be a little tight. But had a pleasant meal.

Famous Michelin recommended Ramen Bar. The bar itself is very small with a limited seat, but it is worth tasting its different varieties of rugs. Nice soup! Dumping is normal.

The Japanese sauce at Nudelladen is simply delicious and authentic. The atmosphere is down-to-earth with friendly staff. It can be a bit lively at times, making for an enjoyable dining experience.

The noodles at this restaurant are delicious and you can choose from either cold or hot options. The soup is also fantastic. This is a great place for those who enjoy classic dipping noodles. Plus, they give you more toppings than other places.

Ramen Jo is by far the best ramen I have ever had in Hong Kong. It is in a league of its own compared to ramen in the UK. The broth is rich and the half-boiled eggs are delicious. The only letdown is that 8 months ago there were 4 slices of charsiu in the same bowl of ramen, but now there are only 2.
