La Grignotiere - Hondschoote

Have never visited this town before and we were looking for lunch en route to military cemeteries . The building that the restaurant is in is very imposing but don 't be put off. The owner is charming and our lunch was delicious. We had the plat du jour a couple of glasses of wine and coffee all for £22! There us also the formule at € 19 which we would have loved but thought we might be too full travelling around in the afternoon!

We had lunch on a Sunday noon, the meal was good, fried fries plate well garni, the decoration could be improved to make justice to this excellent cuisine- good quality price

The team is very welcoming. The plates are well served and the dishes are good. The jambonette is copier and succulent.

We ate very well at the snack. The waitress is available, symptomatic and smiling. My wife took a chicken sauce. I ate a jambon. The kitchen is great. The fries are fresh. In short, really appetizing and copyy plates. We'll be happy to come back.

Friendly home, good price. Nice setting, enjoyed the terrace.
