Their subs are much more tasty than they have every right to be. I was shocked how wonderful they were consistent. If you find yourself falling that their subways do not taste like subway subways, you understand it is because Potbelly are actually real.

This is one of the best Potbelly's I visited! We are vegetarians, and when we tell the staff to be someone I believed to be the manager, entered and informed the sandwich manufacturer. The sandwich manufacturer was with another customer so she ended up making it herself and changed her gloves, knife and cleaned the area down. She had a flawless customer service that also reflected herself in the other employees.

I eat quite often from here. There were a few times that I was not happy, but for the most part they are very quality. It is very tasty and the staff is very friendly and competent. Stop the good work. Only constructive criticism I have to offer is please give more than one pack of oyster crackers when customers order soup. I always command a bowl. After I paid $5 for a big bowl of soup, I expect more than 1 pack of crackers. Otherwise it's okay.
