Mc Alister's Deli - Homewood

This use to be my favorite place to eat at, but not no more. I noticed that my broccoli had a net in it. That just shows me that their kitchen is keep up the work to keep it clean. There employee pick which days they want have good customer service. I only gave two stars because I like their food.

Always fast and super nice. I had the Veggie and my coworker ordered the Sweet Chipotle Chicken!

Ordered dine in for lunch. It wasn?t too busy and my wait time was 10-15 minutes after ordering. My food was tasty and exactly how I ordered it. There?s a free 32oz sweet tea when you sign up for the app. I?ve been to this location multiple times and always appreciate their service and food.

HORRIBLE for catering. Do not use them, go to a better sandwich shop. This is the second order that they messed up for me. I ordered 15 lunch boxes some were wraps, they told me I had to specifically ask for wraps or they put them on bread. Not sure how much more specifically I can ask for a wrap than selecting the wrap box lunch. Asked for chocolate chip cookies ended up with all sugar cookies. When I called the guy told me the manager was too busy to talk to me. Definitely will never use again for a work lunch! Go to Jimmy John?s!

Disclaimer: i did NOT eat here! this is my experience as a third party delivery driver. the staff is friendly enough, and the lobby seems well kept. the food also smells quite nice, but i wouldn't trust that on its own. before leaving, i stopped at the loo and it smelled absolutely horrid, like a zoo. the smell of human urine hits you in the face as soon as you open the door, and though i wouldn't call the restroom itself disgusting, there was some toilet paper scattered on the floor. hoping the staff washed their hands but that really put me off. i wouldn't eat somewhere with a sub par restroom.
