Tgi Fridays - Homestead

I want to start by saying giving this review even one star annoys me. My husband and I went to this location over the weekend, and just needed something quick to eat. We were visiting the area so we were unfamiliar with this particular location. We used our points from the Fridays app to get our food for take out. We ordered two Sizzling Friday 's Signature Whiskey-Glazed Flat Iron Steak . The app prompts for medium well steak so we went with that. However, when we got our food it was anything but medium well, it may as well have been raw meat. The inside of the steak was not cooked at all. And to top it off the restaurant was not busy when we got there or got our food, but we waited for about 30 mins for raw meat. This is by far the worst Fridays I 've ever been to. Hands down. Waste of our points and time.

Well, lots of problems inside this restaurant!! It was a Friday evening; our 1st nice weather day of March 2022. Everything nearby was completely packed; hours wait time everywhere. This TGI Friday's was Completely Understaffed!! So few employees, so they did not even let us sit at the bar to wait for our reservation to be ready!! The bathroom was supplied with No soap paper towels, sticky wet stalls!! Ugh!! We were 3 couples with a 7:00 pm reservation, we did eventually end up enjoying our time, drinks food but where in the heck were the employees to support the few staff that was there!!

Put name and number on wait list at 7:57, for a 40 minute wait. Never received call. Went to restaurant next door, but called to inquire/cancel their reservation at 9:45. Hostess made multiple excuses on the phone and then said she was sure she texted me. One star, only because there are no zeros or negative stars..

If there was a negative I would give a -5 at the Waterfront in Pittsburgh, I ordered for pickup online my bill was right I added 15% tip the email of my order was right, the receipt stapled to the bag was right, the order inside was way off and missing stuff, I called to tell them and I was treated like trash thrown on the side of the road,no manager would get on the phone and I was told there was nothing they could do about it. This was by far the worst unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. I like Friday's but after tonight I will never step foot in there again.

My favorite spot . It's sad cause people would sleep it but they food is very comforting. Great place to catch up with firends or love ones. Staff always firendly and wonderful. I just wish they would remember to bring napkins and be consistent with refilling drinks !
